Our Caregivers
Our Hiring Process
1. Application
We assess each application and filter out applicants that do not meet our minimum requirements, such as certification, experience, and/or medical requirements.
2. Security Checks
Document verification, reference checks, background screening and health and safety checks are performed by our team.
3. In-Person Interviews
We meet with each caregiver applicant for a face-to-face interview, where we evaluate their potential fit with HTH.
4. Orientation
Once hired, every caregiver attends our orientation session, where they learn about best home care practices and other rules and requirements.
5. Caregiver Matching
Caregivers are carefully matched with clients based on past experience and the needs of the individual client.
6. Ongoing Training
We are committed to the ongoing training of our caregivers. We provide them access to in-person and online training courses specializing in different medical conditions.
